A multitude of people are jumping on the “natural hair” bandwagon. The emergence of great companies that sell quality hair care products, like Carol’s Daughter and Miss Jessie’s, are helping to encourage the craze.
I’ve personally never put chemicals in my hair. However, I have used flat irons, hot combs, and curling iron. My use of these appliances has diminished greatly after using both Carol’s Daughter and Miss Jessie’s hair products- which are more suited to my hair type than any other products that I’ve previously used. The result has been a mice fluffy fro (kind of...sort of...I’m still working on it! Lol. The women from the 70s are providing me with tips :).
I love the afro blowout and all its derivatives. I also love seeing the re-emergence of this trend.
